Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, analytically minded Sr. Field Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone for Sprinklr's America sales organization. In this high‑impact role you will partner with divisional leaders, optimize processes, empower data‑driven decisions, and align cross‑functional teams to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Regional Sales Strategy & Execution: Partner with AMER leadership to develop field strategy, align with global team, drive forecast calls, ensure pipeline hygiene, and improve end‑to‑end sales processes.
- Revenue Analytics & Forecasting: Collaborate with Analytics to enhance dashboards (PowerBI/Salesforce), surface actionable insights on pipeline, ARR, churn, win rates, and lead annual planning for territory design, quota setting, and headcount modeling.
- Systems & Tools Enablement: Administer the sales tech stack (Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Clari, Gong), evaluate and implement new technologies to boost productivity, maintain data integrity, and lead CRM hygiene initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Enablement, Deal Desk, and Legal to align go‑to‑market strategy with operational execution, support onboarding of new AEs and SDRs, and manage complex enterprise deal structures.
- 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience (admin‑level preferred). Proficient in building executive‑level reports and dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Demonstrated analytical skills in quota setting, territory planning, and funnel analysis.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience supporting enterprise and strategic sales motions with complex multi‑stakeholder deal cycles.
- Familiarity with Clari, Outreach, Gong, Zoom Info, or Lean Data.
- Background in Unified‑CXM, social media, or marketing technology environments.
- Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ/Conga) and deal desk processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve operational processes.
