Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end management of assigned products, services, and programs, ensuring features, benefits, and characteristics meet customer needs and are priced to meet the Bank’s profit and loss objectives.
- Serve as a source for innovation driven by customer insights, creating a better customer experience with product solutions.
- Accountable for business results and product sales, collaborating with Acquisition teams to meet widget and volume targets.
- Manage cross‑border payments products, set strategic direction, and analyze market trends.
- Integrate enterprise strategy across functions, develop solutions, and advise on distribution issues (primarily third‑party channels).
- Lead problem‑solving sessions with partners and vendors, design end‑to‑end processes for development, implementation, reporting, and feedback.
- Prepare and manage budgets and P&L, ensuring financial results through pricing, margin, and volume levers.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and develop business cases for new product development.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert, support senior leadership with presentations, planning, and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risks (market, credit, operational).
- Build and maintain productive relationships with distribution channel owners and internal stakeholders.
- Undergraduate degree or product management certificate and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous product experience typically required.
- Advanced knowledge in product research, analysis, forecasting, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program / project activities.
- Strong analytical skills using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
- Independent judgment, sound decision making, and ability to prioritize work under multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
- Experience managing budgets, P&L, and using metrics.
