WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the performance and growth of the Personal Shopping function across North America.
- Drive regional revenue targets, productivity, and contribution to overall e-commerce sales.
- Partner with leadership to align on strategy, targets, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage & develop a High-Performing Team:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Personal Shoppers across the U.S. Set clear KPIs and performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Build and scale a best-in-class team to support continued growth. - Elevate the Client
Experience:
Maintain direct relationships with top-tier clients, delivering highly personalized service. Ensure a seamless, elevated experience across all touchpoints. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Mytheresa’s standards of luxury and service. - Drive Data-Led Clienteling:
Leverage client insights, analytics, and behavioral data to inform outreach and engagement strategies. Optimize client segmentation, retention, and reactivation efforts. Identify opportunities to increase client lifetime value and repeat business. - Own Client Events & Activations:
Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact client events across North America. Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver elevated, revenue-driving experiences. Utilize activations to acquire, retain, and grow key client relationships. - Shape the Future of Digital Clienteling:
Contribute to the evolution of Mytheresa’s global Personal Shopping strategy. Partner with Technology and Product teams to enhance clienteling tools and capabilities. Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously innovate the client experience.
- 8–12+ years of experience in luxury retail, e‑commerce, or personal shopping.
- Proven track record of leading high‑performing, client‑facing teams across a region.
- Deep understanding of the North American luxury client.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion and delivering an elevated client experience.
- Annual salary up to $200k + bonus + clothing allowance.
