Position Overview

Getty Advance is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager to own, optimize, and scale the systems that power our sales organization. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of B2B sales operations and sales cycles.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Close CRM
, Quickbase, AI automation tools, APIs, webhooks, and coding or scripting. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports lead management, pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, automation, and overall sales efficiency.

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology—working closely with leadership, sales, recruiting, and operations teams to build scalable systems that improve performance across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage Getty Advance's CRM and sales operations ecosystem, with a primary focus on Close CRM and Quickbase.
  • Design, build, and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, dashboards, lead routing systems, follow‑up processes, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Close CRM, Quickbase, communication platforms, lead providers, and other business systems using APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and custom code.
  • Leverage AI automation tools to improve productivity, reporting, lead management, communication workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, KPI visibility, sales cycle efficiency, and overall revenue operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, CRM hygiene, process compliance, and reporting accuracy across the organization.
  • Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices for all CRM‑related processes.
  • Train, support, and mentor CRM users across multiple departments.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Expert‑level experience with Close CRM
    .
  • Strong experience with Quickbase.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations using APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience with AI automation tools and workflow automation platforms.
  • Coding or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead management, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales cycles.
  • Experience supporting high‑performing sales organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
