IMG Licensing is a global leader in brand licensing, managing programs for top brands across multiple industries.

Operations Manager to support reporting, systems, contract administration, and cross‑functional coordination across a dynamic portfolio of licensing programs.

• Prepare and maintain business, pipeline, and performance reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage deal tracking and contract‑related administration, including documentation collection, system updates, and coordination with legal, operations, and business development teams.
• Maintain accurate client, deal, and royalty reporting data across internal systems and document repositories.
• Coordinate with licensees and internal teams on approvals, reporting requirements, legal documentation, and operational follow‑up.
• Support process improvement initiatives and partner with operations leadership and IT teams to enhance workflows and reporting tools.

• 5+ years of experience in licensing operations, business operations, contract administration, financial reporting support, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, linked workbooks, charts, data analysis).
• Experience with CRM, contract management, royalty reporting, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Hiring pay rates are based on various factors and may vary depending on qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary range: $75,000
–$100,000 annually. Compensation may include short‑ and long‑term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits such as health care, retirement, vacation, and other paid time off.
