Strategy and Engagement Associate

Hybrid in New York, Dallas, Chicago, or Miami

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Strategy and Engagement Associate to support Howden Markets US across data and analytics, carrier management, project execution, and strategic initiatives. This role will help develop analytics and insight capabilities, support contract and commission tracking, assist with panels and facilities coordination, and help drive go‑to‑market strategy across carrier and product relationships.

• Supporting carrier management and strategic partner engagement
• Assisting with panels, facilities, and market‑facing initiatives
• Coordinating cross‑functional priorities across product, vertical, and carrier teams
• Developing data‑driven insights, including share‑of‑wallet and portfolio analysis and market survey support
• Supporting contract review, tracking, and commission program reporting
• Identifying process improvements and building scalable team infrastructure
• Delivering enterprise‑level analytics to support business decision‑making and operational strategy
• Managing and overseeing contract review processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Leading and maintaining project pipelines, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution
• Supporting the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies
• Contributing to building and refining the team’s value proposition
• Identifying and driving enhancements to tools, processes, and analytics capabilities
• Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of commission programs
• Partnering cross‑functionally to strengthen operational alignment across Howden Markets US
• Providing insights and recommendations through data analysis to support business growth

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience working with enterprise‑level datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and processes
• Experience managing project pipelines and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives
• Familiarity with contract review or operational governance processes is preferred
• Ability to translate data into clear, business‑relevant insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting go‑to‑market strategies or commercial initiatives is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive enhancements
• Proficiency in analytics tools, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools

Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 (actual based on experience and location). The role is exempt under FLSA and includes a discretionary bonus.
