A leading middle-market investment bank may seek a Strategic Partnerships Analyst to support senior bankers in developing and managing strategic alliances, corporate partnerships, and collaborative business initiatives

Assist in identifying, analyzing, and managing strategic partnership opportunities

Conduct industry and market research to evaluate potential alliance partners and collaboration opportunities

Prepare client-facing and internal materials including pitch books, partnership proposals, and presentations

Support negotiation processes, deal structuring, and execution of partnership agreements

Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to support partnership evaluation

Track and report on partnership performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams across M&A, capital markets, corporate strategy, and business development

Maintain CRM and internal databases to monitor partner engagement and opportunities

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities

Interest in strategic partnerships, alliance management, and business development in a banking context

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior internship or full-time experience in banking, consulting, corporate finance, or strategic partnerships is beneficial

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
