Position Overview

Citi Wealth is a leading provider of financial solutions for affluent, high net worth and ultra‑high net worth clients. The Lending Business Analysis Lead will lead the transformation of Wealth Lending, modernizing platforms and delivering new capabilities that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop a team of business analysis professionals across multiple systems and functional areas.
• Define and execute the product transformation strategy for Wealth Lending, aligning initiatives with Citi Wealth goals.
• Collaborate with senior business leadership to translate complex requirements into actionable product and technology roadmaps.
• Drive the development, negotiation, and implementation of new lending platform capabilities from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Build relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners to advance new and enhanced platform capabilities.
• Oversee business case development, technology negotiations, and deal management, coordinating cross‑functional teams for large‑scale implementations.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Develop staffing strategies, manage budgets, and define operational standards supporting a high‑performing analysis function.

• 10+ years of experience in product transformation, business analysis, or a related discipline, with a history of delivering large‑scale implementations in the lending domain, banking technology, or financial services.
• Experience directly managing and developing teams, including performance evaluation, work allocation, and cultivating a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Experience in new business or product development, leading cross‑functional initiatives through the full product implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
• Advanced analytical, interpretive, and problem‑solving capabilities, drawing insight from complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse business and technology audiences at senior levels.
• Fluency in structuring financial offers and negotiating complex, multi‑year agreements, with strong senior‑level negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.

• Experience managing P&L responsibility within a product or platform transformation context.
• Established senior‑level network across financial services with relationships to industry advisors and prospective technology or platform partners.
• Foundational understanding of programming concepts.
• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced professional qualification.
