Position: Sr Program Manager, Sub Same Day
Location: New York

Overview

Senior Program Manager to lead strategic and tactical cross‑functional projects within Sub‑Same Day Delivery (SSD) program across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and solve operational barriers, focus on root causes and drive opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to identify, optimize, track and report performance.
  • Develop and utilize data inputs and KPIs to inform operational adjustments.
  • Define and create scalable processes to meet growing business demands.
  • Partner with Directors, Senior Managers and other operational and technical leaders.
  • Scope large ambiguous projects, manage project timelines, and communicate status, risks, and changes to senior management.
  • Own end‑to‑end process for sub‑same day expansion, design sustainable solutions, influence stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy and end‑to‑end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, logical formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight).
