Chief of Staff to the CEO — act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO, driving alignment and execution across all facets of the business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure the CEO’s time is leveraged effectively. This role provides exposure to the inner workings of a rapidly growing company while shaping our trajectory as a Super Carrier.
Responsibilities- Strategic Advisory:
Serve as a sounding board for the CEO, providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and critical feedback on strategic decisions. Help define and prioritize the company’s long-term objectives and major initiatives. - Project Management & Execution:
Lead and/or coordinate high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove bottlenecks and maintain momentum on key initiatives. - Operational Efficiency:
Develop and refine processes that optimize the CEO’s time, including meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups. Track organizational performance metrics, assessing progress toward strategic goals and identifying areas for improvement. - Executive Communication & Alignment:
Prepare presentations, board materials, and executive summaries to communicate strategic priorities internally and externally. Align stakeholders across departments, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines. - Relationship Management:
Represent the CEO’s office in interactions with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and engagement.
- Experience & Background
: 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a similarly demanding strategic/operations role. Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus. - Skills & Competencies

Project Management — demonstrated success in planning and executing cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. Communication & Influence — excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels. Data-Driven Approach — comfortable leveraging data and analytics for sound decision-making;
proficiency in SQL or BI tools is a plus. Adaptability — able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, pivoting quickly as priorities shift. - Personal Attributes
