Position overviewThe Automation Operations Associate, Sales reports to the VP of Sales and serves as a key partner to Adelaide’s sales leadership team.
This role focuses on helping our sales team spend less time on manual work and more time driving growth. Working closely with sales leadership, you’ll identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, improve data quality, and implement tools that help the team operate more effectively.
Part automation builder, part problem solver, and part operator, you’ll support our CRM, revenue systems, reporting, and go-to-market processes. Day-to-day, you’ll build automations, optimize workflows, support pipeline operations, and help implement new technologies across the sales organization.
You’ll help shape how Adelaide leverages AI and automation across our revenue organization while gaining hands‑on experience in Sales Operations and Revenue Operations at a fast‑growing company.

Compensation- Base Salary Range : $65,000-$75,000
This role includes a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary, performance‑based bonus, and equity. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, level, and location.
