Job Summary

What This Role Will Do- Maintain regular communications with Production Manager(s).
- Ensure a positive and creative environment for the Production Department.
- Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization.
- Assist and support all production department personnel with job functions as needed.
- Review show riders to advance the office and dressing room touring needs.
- Work with the production manager to procure all necessary show rental items.
- Liaise backstage directly with tour staff and dressing room coordinators to ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Work with the department in scheduling runners and runner vehicles.
- Responsible for procuring all required automobile rentals and coordinating the required staff assigned to specific vehicles.
- Document and record rental vehicle usage (mileage, fuel costs, maintenance, damage, etc.).
- Enter Department payroll as outlined by the Production Manager and Payroll Coordinator, and develop reports as required.
- Liaise with the local caterer to ensure proper advanced communication between all parties.
- Liaise with the box office and tour staff to confirm comp tickets and guest list needs.
- Review the budgets and forecast upcoming shows with the Production Manager.
- Complete show recaps within 24 hrs of the previous show.
- Input and upload vendor invoices to ensure a timely payment process.
- Attend production meetings as outlined by the Production Manager to document key points and details, and record the meeting.
- Work with local IATSE staff to assist in good labor relations.
- Maintain and update all staffing contact information and availability.
- Onboard new employees in Workday and track and enter payroll in ABI.
- Be on‑site at Stadium engagements as necessary to assist the Production Department as required.
- Perform duties as assigned.

- Conveys a professional image to people inside and outside the company.
- Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literate in Windows and Apple OS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, SharePoint, etc.).
- Flexible schedule (days/night, late hours, weekends, and holidays).
- Travel to venues in the region as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience with timekeeping systems.
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of Workday, ABI, and ADP Payroll platforms preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- College degree in a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of production experience in the entertainment industry (preferred).

CompensationHourly rate: $21.52 – $26.90 USD (based on Colorado location; may vary for other locations).
