Location: New York

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international GP fundraising roadshows
  • Manage LP meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Liaise with LP offices, GP clients, and internal deal teams
  • Maintain and update CRM (Deal Cloud or equivalent)
  • Track meeting confirmations and follow‑ups
  • Manage travel logistics (air, hotel, ground transportation)
  • Prepare detailed roadshow itineraries
  • Coordinate conference participation and investor events
  • Calendar management for senior deal teams
  • Expense reporting, travel booking and logistics support
  • Coordinate internal meetings and materials
  • Ad hoc projects and other work as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in a placement agent platform, private equity firm, investment banking group, or alternative asset manager
  • Direct experience coordinating fundraising roadshows
  • Familiarity with the LP ecosystem (e.g., pensions, endowments, consultants, family offices)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Deal Cloud strongly preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail‑oriented, organized, pro‑active, intellectually curious, and capable of thriving in a high‑energy, dynamic environment
Salary and Compensation

$90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation that will be part of the total compensation, which will be competitive with the market.
