About Your Role

This is a high‑stakes executive‑support role at the epicenter of the firm. You will serve as the physical and operational extension of the CIO, ensuring high‑fidelity execution and extreme reliability to keep a C‑Suite executive moving. This role offers a direct window into the operational rhythm of the Alpha Engine and the broader company.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Readiness: Own the physical environment, including conference‑room setup, post‑meeting cleanup, and ensuring the CIO is present for their next engagement.
  • Run Daily Scheduling Machines: Manage the run‑of‑show, coordinate with drivers, handle badge access, and manage daily operations to facilitate a seamless transition into the workday.
  • Logistical Command: Execute high‑frequency tactical needs: managing food deliveries, booking rooms, creating Zoom links, and coordinating wardrobe for events.
  • Meticulous Document Control: Manage a high volume of printing and document preparation with responsiveness, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Home Team Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the CIO’s professional office and their home team, orchestrating drivers, returning printed materials, and syncing personal plans with work needs.
  • Administration & Events: Handle expense reporting, manage travel and visas, and assist in planning and executing community events such as book clubs and speaker series.
  • Chief of Staff Partnership: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff, providing coverage when out of office and learning to navigate tradeoffs and escalations under their guidance.
Core Attributes
  • Extreme Reliability: You derive satisfaction from a flawlessly executed day and are willing to roll up your sleeves for any task, no matter how small.
  • High Professionalism & Discretion: You possess the emotional intelligence to handle highly sensitive information and remain calm in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Unshakeable Grit: You are a fixer, remaining level‑headed when faced with rapidly evolving situations and persistent ambiguity.
