Summary
The Commercial Strategy & Distribution Associate supports commercial planning and business development across the Americas by delivering regular reporting, distribution tracking, and analytical insights. This role partners with Commercial Strategy leadership, Sales, and cross-functional teams to inform forecasting, account expansion, and performance reviews. The associate prepares executive-ready materials and maintains trackers to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities- Pull, organize, maintain, and distribute recurring sales, distribution, assortment, sell-in/sell-out, and door-level performance reports.
- Monitor commercial performance across brands, channels, regions, accounts, and doors; identify trends and data inconsistencies.
- Maintain and update the door universe, segmentation, account trackers, and distribution files.
- Support business development by gathering market and account data, preparing business cases, and tracking initiatives.
- Analyze product and assortment performance and summarize market feedback for HQ and Brand teams.
- Prepare Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, meeting recaps, and other executive-ready materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, commercial planning, merchandising, retail, luxury goods, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, or similar reporting platforms preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and support recurring deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
