- Jobboard is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst in New York. The role focuses on supporting omnichannel retail systems and acting as a bridge between various teams. You will monitor system performance, lead UAT processes, and analyze CRM data to enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business analysis with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are necessary to succeed in this role.
