A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support financial processes, data analysis, and overall operational efficiency. This is a hands‑on role offering strong exposure to the energy, real estate, and finance industries, with significant opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and a strong problem solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions
- Prepare reports, projections, and forecasts using Excel
- Monitor internal systems and identify inefficiencies or errors
- Assist with reconciliations and financial tracking
- Support customer service and internal coordination efforts
- Evaluate key metrics and recommend process improvements
- Communicate findings and updates with internal stakeholders
- Strong math, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Experience with PowerPoint, Salesforce, Quick Books, or similar systems preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Fast learner with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset
- Hands‑on training in the energy, real estate, and finance industries
