• Campaign Management & Execution:
  Comprehensive understanding of live‑streaming content operation and product assortment strategy; work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign runs smoothly, including promotion setting, seller registration and cross‑functional communication; monitor real‑time campaign performance and track post‑campaign evaluation; support any other general ad‑hoc duties.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
  Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring and decision‑making; build dashboards and generate regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and optimization.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master in business or a related discipline.
• Data driven; an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy.
• Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation.
• Experience in process optimization and scaling of efficiency initiatives.
• Experience managing or working within cross‑functional teams.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products:
  Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Preferred:
  Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organizations.

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.

Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
