Job Summary

The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Client Team by managing cross‑functional projects and reporting processes that promote operational excellence and strategic alignment. Serving as a central liaison between senior leadership and cross‑departmental teams, this role ensures clear communication, streamlined workflows, and successful delivery of key initiatives. The Coordinator also provides day‑to‑day support for Client Team SVPs in a New York‑based team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, travel and expenses for SVP of Multicultural Brand Advocacy and SVP of Client Partnerships based in NY.
  • Work across teams to organize meeting logistics, hospitality, premiums and supporting materials; collaborate with client leads across accounts.
  • Manage regular CP department‑wide status meetings, circulate collateral, and keep track of hosts/guests.
  • Build and maintain repositories for department resources and slides.
  • Lead special projects such as Salesforce Taskforce initiatives, dashboard operations adjustments, and account mapping reconciliation.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Serve as the primary POC between senior leadership and trade teams during annual trade budget planning.
  • Coordinate team participation in major industry events (e.g., CES, Cannes, Possible); manage event logistics and post‑event communications.
  • Manage invitation lists, work with SVPs and EVP to prioritize clients and determine recommendation lists for invites, premiums and events.
  • Oversee weekly Client Partnerships and Client Advocacy reporting deliverables to senior leadership.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles (e.g., category insights, budget tracking).
  • Track and report on OKRs across Client Partnerships, Client Advocacy and National Offices.
  • Refine and enhance weekly reporting processes through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Desire and passion for working across teams.
  • Knowledge and skill in Excel, PowerPoint and collaborative tools.
  • Ability to synthesize & analyze data.
  • Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and event planning.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
Work Environment

Hybrid:
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
