The Senior Director, Product Management for Celeste is a pivotal role helping to drive change and innovation during a critical period of growth and transformation. You will be responsible for gathering and distributing information among various stakeholder groups to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment across the Celeste platform. As the subject matter expert in client meetings, the Senior Director will provide authoritative insights and guidance, playing a key role in Celeste’s strategic positioning during early sales conversations to set the stage for successful client engagements and market expansion.

You will help drive Celeste’s strategic roadmap, act as the primary communicator with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative, boundaryless team environment focused on customer priorities.

This role is critical to Intapp’s success because Celeste sits at the center of how our products come together into a cohesive, AI-enabled platform experience for professional and financial services firms. As Senior Director, Product Management, you will help shape the strategy and execution that turns cross-product integration into measurable customer value—aligning leaders across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Sales to accelerate adoption, unlock new revenue, and de-risk transformation.
