About the Role
is actively seeking an enthusiastic and talented BDR Lead to join our fast‑growing team in New York. This role sits within the Commercial function and partners closely with the Sales team, working with global teams to bring the best merchants to and to add great value as we continue to grow.
About You- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the Payments space
- Management experience
- Passionate about technology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in stakeholder management
- Highly organised and able to prioritise shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
- Self‑motivated and driven
- Fluent in English
- Managing and growing a team of BDRs
- Mapping out key prospects
- A hands‑on approach (generating leads and cold‑calling)
- Collaborating with the Sales team
- Stakeholder management
- Being creative and thinking outside the box when approaching merchants
