We’re looking for a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will collaborate closely with our Logistics customers, guiding them in effectively operating Altana's platform. As a TAM, you’ll drive user adoption, product enablement, and value realization, ensuring overall customer success. You’ll be our customers’ champion, serving as their day-to-day relationship manager, conducting regular check-ins, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You’ll also contribute to developing pipelines for product usage, upselling, and cross-selling expansions.
YouWill
- Manage strategic accounts across the world’s largest logistics service providers, driving measurable impact through stakeholder alignment, adoption, and growth across global operations.
- Drive onboarding and adoption for new users, ensuring they harness the full potential of Altana’s offerings.
- Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results.
- Act as the first point of contact for support requests, quickly engaging the right resources to resolve issues.
- Own customer calls and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver value and relay feedback to the appropriate teams.
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, connecting day-to-day account management with broader commercial and product goals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities and turn them into reality.
- Effectively synthesize and communicate feedback to the product team.
- Collaborate with the implementation engineering team to ensure successful delivery and work with the sales engineering team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- 5+ years of account management experience, working with logistics customers (3PLs, cargo, freight, etc.).
- History of successfully expanding accounts year over year.
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics to make data-informed decisions.
- Open to feedback and thrive on cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements.
- Experience driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to fast-moving environments.
- Willing to learn data fusion and machine learning concepts and effectively communicate product value to technical and commercial audiences.
- Ability to establish positive relationships, influence others, and communicate clearly with excellent interpersonal skills, balancing approachability with persistence.
- Good judgment and willingness to dive into the nitty-gritty to achieve team objectives.
This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, USA with hybrid work flexibility and candidates must be within commuting distance from our Williamsburg office.
US Salary Range And Benefits$125,000 - $150,000 USD
