This role is for a stealth startup backed by Pareto Holdings, an early-stage venture firm that builds and invests in ambitious new companies.
We're looking for an exceptional early-career operator who wants to help build and scale a company from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team, take ownership of high-impact projects, and gain exposure to every aspect of building a startup.
If you're excited by fast-paced environments, solving difficult problems, and taking on responsibilities well beyond your years of experience, we'd love to meet you.
Position SummaryAs a Growth & Strategic Projects Associate, you'll work directly with company leadership on the initiatives that matter most to the business.
No two weeks will look the same. One week you may be helping launch a new growth initiative, analyzing customer behavior, or building operational processes. The next, you may be working on partnerships, recruiting, customer acquisition, analytics, or special projects.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how startups are built and is eager to take ownership, move quickly, and wear many hats.
