A leading global management consultancy is seeking a senior Partner to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in the US. The firm is recognised for delivering measurable commercial outcomes and has a strong reputation across pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors, with particular strength in pricing, market access, and growth strategy.

This hire reflects continued investment in senior leadership as demand grows across M&A, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), and Corporate Strategy. You will play a central role in shaping client strategy and expanding the firm's presence across North America.

• Lead complex M&A and CDD engagements across the product lifecycle
• Advise senior executives on commercial and strategic challenges
• Drive business development and key account growth
• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry presence

• 12 years' experience in consulting or life sciences strategy with a global strategy consultancy
• Strong expertise in payer dynamics and global pricing and market access
• Proven track record delivering commercial impact
• Established client relationships within pharma or biotech
• Advanced degree preferred

• Rapid credibility with senior stakeholders
• New client wins and repeat business generation
• Strong team leadership and capability building
• Contribution to thought leadership initiatives

• Location: Flexible base location across major US hubs e.g. New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas
• Remuneration: 7 Figures with equity
