Health Actuarial Manager​/Senior Manager; Valuation​/Reserving

Overview

Oliver James are pleased to work partnered with a leading consultancy seeking an Actuarial Manager or Senior Manager to join their Healthcare practice with a focus on valuations and reserving. Within this role you will partner with clients including top tier insurance companies, healthcare systems, regulatory agencies and large employers with captive programs. You will work on projects centred around valuations and reserve development for medical and other A&H products, captive feasibility, funding, reserving, and risk/capital management.

There may also be scope to work on merger and acquisition support amongst other projects.

Partner with clients to execute valuations and reserve development projects, facilitate captive feasibility analysis, support funding and risk/capital management initiatives, and assist in merger and acquisition support across medical and other A&H products.

• FSA or ASA designation.
• Extensive actuarial experience within the health insurance or healthcare provider market.
• Experience working on valuation and reserving projects.
