Executive Search Senior Associate
Senior Associates play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. Working closely with Search Partners and Principals, Senior Associates develop search strategies, manage execution, support business development, and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities- Develop position specifications and create effective search strategies in partnership with the Consultant.
- Conduct industry and client‑company research, map the executive talent landscape, and provide market insights.
- Assist Consultants in preparing business development materials for prospective and current clients.
- Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest, obtain referrals, and collect market intelligence.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit to position specifications.
- Write candidate assessments and present candidates to clients.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search cycle and provide updates to the Consultant.
- Contribute to client relationship management and sustain relationships with senior executives.
- Collaborate with colleagues globally to research industries, executive roles, and functions.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information in internal and external research tools.
- Maintain status reports and client‑ready reports, manage multiple concurrent projects, and complete deliverables on time.
- Act with highest regard for professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
- 4‑6 years of professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
- Proficiency in professional communication, writing, articulating, and delivering information with confidence and impact.
- Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates, influencing and fostering productive partnerships.
- Prior experience in full life‑cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, In‑House Talent Acquisition, or other industry requiring applied sales and research skills.
- Proven success managing multiple projects and working across teams.
- Experience targeting potential candidates and developing pitch materials.
- Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels.
- Ability to analyze, organize, and synthesize large volumes of information into insights.
- Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM.
Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors such as education, experience, and skills. Additional discretionary bonuses may be awarded based on eligibility.
