We're hiring a Procurement Analyst to help support retail store development projects across North America. If you're someone who enjoys coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you'll partner with project managers, suppliers, freight carriers, contractors, and procurement leaders to ensure materials and equipment are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time. You'll play a key role in supporting store development initiatives from planning through completion, helping teams stay organized, on budget, and on schedule.
What You'll Be DoingYou’ll play a key role in supporting retail construction and store development projects by keeping procurement activities organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. This role is a mix of project coordination, vendor management, purchasing, and logistics, requiring strong communication and attention to detail.
You’ll work closely with suppliers, freight carriers, project managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure materials arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Responsibilities- Manage procurement schedules and help keep store development projects on track
- Onboard new suppliers and ensure they are set up correctly within procurement systems and processes
- Source and purchase materials, fixtures, equipment, and other items needed for construction projects
- Build strong relationships with vendors and proactively resolve issues before they impact project timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners regarding production schedules, deliveries, and project requirements
- Support store buildout planning by collecting and analyzing vendor quotes and ensuring all requirements are reflected in project documentation
- Prepare and submit Owner Furnished Item (OFI) budgets for project teams
- Monitor shipments and ensure materials are delivered to job sites on time
- Create and manage purchase orders while maintaining compliance with procurement policies
- Review and reconcile invoices, change orders, and back charges
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and drive efficiencies
- Assist with inventory planning and management to support ongoing construction initiatives
- Utilize tools such as SAP Ariba, Power BI, Excel, and other business applications to track and manage procurement activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Statistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, construction coordination, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating presentations in Power Point
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments
- Results-driven mindset with strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle shifting priorities with confidence
