The Associate Manager, Supply Chain Operations supports the execution of inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels. This role serves as a key operational partner responsible for maintaining visibility across inventory, orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities to support efficient product flow and a strong customer experience.

Working closely with the Executive Director, Operations, this individual will coordinate day-to-day operational activities, maintain reporting and dashboards, identify risks, and support inventory and fulfillment readiness across the business.

Inventory & Supply Operations

• Maintain visibility into inventory levels, inventory movement, inbound supply, and replenishment activities across all SKUs and channels while ensuring inventory records and operational data remain accurate and current.
• Monitor inventory health and identify potential shortages, excess inventory positions, and supply risks.
• Support inventory forecasting and replenishment planning through operational reporting, analysis, and inventory insights.
• Coordinate inventory activities with manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to support supply continuity and product availability.

Customer & Retail Operations

• Support retail and DTC order execution from purchase order receipt through customer delivery.
• Coordinate activities with 3PLs, warehouses, freight providers, and fulfillment partners.
• Monitor order flow, fulfillment performance, backorders, cancellations, and shipping exceptions.
• Track retailer compliance requirements and support resolution of routing, deduction, and chargeback issues.
• Monitor sales events, promotions, launches, and retailer initiatives to help ensure inventory and fulfillment readiness.
• Maintain visibility into inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse operations, and freight performance.
• Monitor service levels, OTIF performance, and fulfillment metrics while escalating service concerns.
• Support allocation planning during inventory constraints, launches, promotions, and retailer events.
• Coordinate freight tracking, delivery confirmations, and shipment issue resolution with logistics and fulfillment partners.

Reporting & Operational Analysis

• Prepare and maintain operational KPI reporting, including inventory health, OTIF, fill rate, order aging, chargebacks, fulfillment performance, and freight performance.
• Ensure operational data, reporting, and dashboards are maintained with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain dashboards and provide visibility into key operational trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency, service levels, and scalability.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with key internal stakeholders and external operational partners to support business objectives.
• Support launch and promotional readiness by ensuring inventory, fulfillment, and operational requirements are tracked and communicated.
• Proactively identify operational risks and communicate potential impacts with recommended mitigation actions.
• Exercise sound judgment in identifying issues requiring escalation and communicate risks, impacts, and recommended actions to leadership.
• Demonstrate accountability through proactive follow-up, ownership of assigned responsibilities, and timely resolution or escalation of issues.

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, customer operations, retail operations, or related fields.
• Experience working with 3PLs, freight providers, fulfillment partners, or inventory management systems.
• Beauty, skincare, consumer goods, retail, or ecommerce experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or order management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, accuracy, accountability, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.

Compensation range: $85,000–$110,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
