Location: New York

Broadway International Group (BIG) and Broadway Asia Company (BAC)—two of the preeminent international producing, general management, and licensing firms—are currently in a period of expansion and are seeking experienced, energetic, intelligent, and motivated interns for the fall season.

Current and upcoming projects include the premiere of Forever Broadway, a Broadway hits spectacular presented aboard a luxury cruise; a new international tour of Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory featuring a first-class creative team; a brand-new musical, World’s Greatest Lover; and Becoming Marilyn Monroe, an interactive immersive production premiering in Zurich, Switzerland. Additional projects include a new comedy premiering at a venue with the Wynn Hotel Group in Macao, directed by John Rando, as well as upcoming Broadway productions and international tours and licensing ventures.

Interns will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while liaising with high-level creative and management teams.

Broadway Asia Company is one of the largest licensing and touring companies in the global live entertainment marketplace, representing more than 100 titles. Its portfolio includes the Rodgers & Hammerstein Theatrical Library across key territories such as Japan, Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Argentina, Brazil, as well as regions throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

& Qualifications
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with senior executives, creative teams, and external partners
  • Produce clear, professional written communications and documentation
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Take initiative and anticipate team needs with a proactive mindset
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace efficiently
  • Support social media and digital content efforts, including drafting posts and basic content coordination
  • Work effectively in a multicultural environment; additional language skills are a plus
