Position: Sr. Product Manager, WW DSP Offers

Do you thrive on driving innovation and building entirely new products from the ground up? Are you looking for a high-impact, global role where you can use your product management expertise to transform a critical part of Amazon's business? The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations.

At Amazon, we're constantly reinventing the customer experience, including how we fulfill and deliver orders. A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20+ international markets, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers.

In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap to introduce new speed programs (Same Day, Sub Same Day, Amazon Now) for DSPs to complete Amazon deliveries at a global scale. This role will require defining the long-term product strategy and vision to meet DSP customer needs and the network demand for new modes of delivery. This is an unknown space with loads of complexity due to the difference in operations, technical capabilities, and regulation between business geographies and business lines.

You will influence how we model last mile operations by defining best practices at a global scale, provide alignment between partner teams, influence senior leadership on the strategy and investment, and drive organizational change and transformative initiatives. You will possess financial acumen, strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills to lead end‑to‑end product development from ideation to launch for innovative last mile delivery solutions.

This is a truly global role, with the chance to transform Amazon's last mile delivery operations in over 20 countries around the world. You will have the chance to drive innovation that scales across our worldwide operations and shapes the future of how we fulfill customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. You should thrive in a highly analytical, customer‑centric environment and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A background in technology innovation, process optimization or logistics is a plus. Our organization is based in the US, but we drive global operations across 20 countries.

Domestic and international travel will be required 10-20% of the time. Outside of business travel, the role will require you to be in the office in New York (NY).

If you're looking to take your product management career to new heights, we'd love to hear from you.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • 5+ years of product or finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA and/or advanced degree in business or finance
  • Previous experience in logistics industry or supply chain
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to partner with stakeholders and drive consensus toward mutual goals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever‑changing environment
  • Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy‑in from stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to conceptualize complex interrelated applications and system platforms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate those systems to non‑technical team members and business partners
  • Experience building new products from experiments and owning roadmap strategy and definition
