Mobilize and develop your skills in the financial services industry, particularly in the banking sector

Actively listen to client issues and needs to formulate accurate and relevant insights.

Conduct thorough and rigorous research and analysis using client and/or external sources to clarify client challenges.

Contribute to formulating constructive, original, and high-impact recommendations and proposals.

Contribute to the animation of workshops and meetings, leveraging your facilitation and synthesis skills to drive efficiency and results.

Produce high-quality deliverables—clear, accurate, and well-crafted—under your supervisor’s guidance.

Assist the team in the design and integration of strategic plans, transformation plans, and client efficiency initiatives.

Learn the fundamentals of project management and provide structured solutions to ensure smooth execution and risk anticipation.

Stay informed about trends and innovations in financial services (retail banking, CIB, wealth management, payments, fintech, embedded finance).

Maintain a professional demeanor and communication (both written and verbal) at all times, fostering trust and reinforcing Audactus' positive image.

Contribute to internal initiatives for the firm’s development (research, publications, networking, business proposals) and monitor assignment opportunities aligned with the firm’s positioning.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.

Strong academic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.

You ideally have a first experience in Consulting or with leading financial institutions (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs).

Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment.

Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required.

Fluency in English and professional in a second language are essential.

Based in New York City and eligible to work in the United States.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
