What You’ll Do
  • Own Miter’s internal product roadmap and identify high‑leverage opportunities to improve operations.
  • Embed with the Customer Experience organization to eliminate friction and speed up execution where manual processes exist.
  • Own core internal systems and data infrastructure, ensuring customer context, key metrics, and workflows are connected across tools.
  • Drive cross‑functional projects through influence, translating ambiguity into clear PRDs, overseeing engineers via indirect reporting, and earning the trust of internal teams.
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years in a highly strategic generalist role (management consulting, product management, Biz Ops, or similar), including experience taking products from 0 to 1.
  • A nose for impact, able to spot opportunities that deliver order‑of‑magnitude value.
  • Baseline technical fluency, comfortable reading API docs, drafting PRDs, and assembling internal tooling (including AI‑powered workflows) without constant engineering assistance.
  • Clear linear thinking and writing skills, turning messy, imperfect information into logical, actionable plans.
  • Empathy and strong listening skills, interpreting internal customers’ pain points into the right solutions.

Hybrid vs. Remote Approach

For hybrid roles, we require three days a week in the office to foster collaboration. If you live within a reasonable commute of our New York City or San Francisco offices, please work in this hybrid model. Otherwise, for remote roles or locations without an office, there is no hybrid requirement. We do travel a few times a year for onboarding, company‑wide and team‑specific off‑sites.
