What your team does:
Clio Operate (formerly Share Do) is a cutting‑edge adaptive work management platform that enables large law firms to build custom CMS solutions to manage work processes in the cloud, improving profitability and client experience.
What you’ll work on:- Designing and implementing solutions by mapping client requirements to the Share Do platform through structured discovery
- Configuring workflows, forms, and templates in a low‑code environment while coaching clients on self‑sufficiency
- Leading delivery across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timelines and estimates are met
- Owning and evolving a specific solution area, defining best practices and driving innovation
- Enhancing accelerators (system modules) based on feedback, trends, and implementation insights
- Advising on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models to support scalable solutions
- Recommending integration and data strategies aligned with system maintainability and growth
- Influencing product direction by feeding client insights into the roadmap
- Supporting adoption through mentoring, training, and proactive engagement
- Contributing to pre‑sales through demos and prototypes that showcase Share Do’s capabilities
- Travel to client sites and cross‑functional meetings (~20%)
- Deep subject‑matter expertise in a commercial domain (e.g., legal process, insurance, corporate law) with a clear vision of best practices and a drive for continuous improvement
- A hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset, with the ability to dive into configuration details and take ownership of end‑to‑end solution delivery
- Strong consultative skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and aligning business value with delivery priorities
- Technical fluency in low‑code environments, with a solid understanding of system architecture and integrations, even if you’re not a developer
- A client‑focused approach to change management, with a passion for driving real‑world outcomes through training, mentoring, and sustained engagement
- A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI

The expected salary range for this role is $136,000 to $184,000 USD. Salary bands vary by region and reflect the skills and experience required.
