What you’ll do
Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives related to business operations. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross‑functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Support Financial Calendar
- Partner with finance to coordinate/prepare Quarterly Operations Reviews, Quarterly Forecast Reviews, Balance Sheet Reviews and annual operating plan OpEx and Cap Ex forecasting.
- Support the roll‑up of annual operating plan OpEx and Cap Ex forecasting.
- Lead internal alignment on financial reviews for the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) organization and communicate results to the department leadership team.
- Business Operations Support
- Serve as single point of contact for OpEx and Cap Ex issues and provide supporting analysis to decision makers when required.
- Create structure in planning and reporting to enable effective business analysis and improved reporting of cost and forecast performance.
- Provide frequent business performance analysis and reporting of cost and forecast performance, including graphical and presentation formats to GWS leadership team.
- Partner with GWS functional groups and finance to create and publish reports related to KPI tracking in support of business growth and cost reduction initiatives.

- Gather and review existing processes and workflows and recommend improvements to streamline or automate.
- Support analysis for internal GWS projects supporting corporate activities.
- Define metrics and reporting tools to improve visibility into cost and performance enabling better business decisions.
- Develop insightful presentations and memos that summarize data and facilitate decision‑making for executive management.
This individual aligns and measures improvement to organization performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re‑engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress.
Who you’re looking for- Degree in engineering, accounting, finance, facility/property management, real estate, or related field.
- Highly competent with personal computers and productivity software, including Microsoft Excel w/ VBA extensions, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, and data modelling (Alteryx, other).
- Experience working with SAP software to extract financial reporting data.
- Proactive and independent person who identifies issues and drives them to resolution by developing and maintaining effective business partner relationships.
- Produce clear messaging to executives with excellent verbal and written communication skills including PowerPoint and data visualization.
- Driven to continuously identify and implement improvements to processes, analytics and metrics.
- Summarizes complex and technical issues/analysis into clear and concise statements.
- Understands best practices in data management and sharing in highly matrixed organization.
- Extremely detail oriented, well organized, high standard of accuracy.
- Exceptional modeling skills using Microsoft Excel including data queries, summarise data in pivot tables, creates dynamic and informative charts, some automation with VBA likely beneficial.
