• Own and grow a portfolio of PE and Hedge Fund client relationships across one or more of the practice's core service lines
• Drive origination - identify opportunities, build pipeline and convert mandates at senior level
• Deliver high-impact advisory engagements across operational transformation, fund infrastructure, data and technology or core finance and reporting functions
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice - service line development, team building and go-to-market positioning
• Act as a credible, senior-level counterpart to CFOs, COOs and GCs at some of the most sophisticated investment firms in the world

• 15+ years in alternative investments, fund administration, advisory or professional services - with genuine seniority and a track record that speaks for itself
• A network within the PE and/or Hedge Fund ecosystem that is active, portable and commercially meaningful
• Experience across one or more of: fund accounting, financial reporting, operational transformation, data migration, KYC/AML or AI-enabled process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to originate or materially contribute to revenue generation
