We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager with a startup mindset.
As a Customer Operations Associate
, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely freight audits. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the continuous improvement of our services. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company, with potential career paths leading to roles in Customer Success, Product Management, or Operations Leadership.
- Manage Audit Processes:
Oversee and execute day‑to‑day audit processes for client freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Onboard New Clients:
Manage vendor onboarding, EDI integration, SOPs and customization. - Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:
Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive improvements to increase automation and efficiency. - Handle Exceptions:
Support clients by managing disputes, claims, and other exceptions related to billing and payment transactions.
- Experience:
Previous experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics/transportation industry. Experience in D&D Audit and Accounts Payables is a plus. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to collect data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions. - Tech‑Savvy:
Passion for technology and data, with a keen interest in leveraging tools to improve processes. Experience in EDI integration is a plus. - Communication:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
