Business Development Associate

Wizard Quant is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help drive the growth of our global trading operations. Based at our NY office, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with trading partners, supporting market expansion, and ensuring smooth execution across various asset classes. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will engage with key external partners and internal stakeholders to advance business objectives.

• Work closely with our business and trading leaders to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the company, be responsible for managing the project development with key stakeholders
• Strategically navigate the process from introduction, to integration, to managing the ongoing relationship with different exchanges
• Drive and manage client relationships both domestically and internationally and act as first point of contact for key clients
• Analyze existing market data on exchanges and provide data and metrics to key stakeholders
• Ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
• Maintain healthy and productive relationships with partners, resolving business, policy and technical issues

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• In-depth knowledge in finance
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling complex issues, to work independently and on a flexible schedule
• Excellent written/verbal communication and networking skills
• Experience analyzing and assessing market data
• Self-starter who will energetically advance the team's business goals
• Ability to Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Management skills with strong negotiation & contract skills
