Location: New York

Our client is a well-known luxury consumer product manufacturer. They are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join the team on a temporary basis.

Who You Are
  • You have 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience
  • Luxury retail experience, highly preferred!
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Proficient with Excel and project management tools; experience with Procore,Airtable, AutoCAD, Revit, InDesign, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and incoming requests across multiple work streams
  • Support day-to-day operations for a team of approximately five professionals
  • Track project milestones, action items, budgets, invoices, and maintenance requests
  • Maintain project documentation, databases, and reporting tools
  • Communicate with vendors, retail partners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
  • Monitor deliverables, shipments, and punch-list items through project completion
  • Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives

  • Projects are delivered on time with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Team members have the information and support needed to execute effectively
  • Deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups are managed proactively with minimal oversight
  • Stakeholders receive timely communication and project updates
Pay Rate Range

$30-32 per hour, based on experience

Long Island City, NY – Hybrid
