In this high-impact, guest-focused role you’ll support multiple studios across your assigned region, ensuring smooth operations, consistent service, and an elevated Chapter experience at every location.

Salary: $55K+ depending on experience and market, plus expanded earning potential (eligible for monthly incentives)
Location:
Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations in New York (Tonawanda, Orchard Park, New Hartford, Cicero, Fayetteville, Pittsford)

- Travel to various Chapter studios to provide operational and guest service support
- Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities
- Step into key front-of-house roles (Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support) as needed
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Chapter brand standards
- Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to drive rebooking and retention
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across studios
- Collaborate with studio and regional leadership to support performance metrics such as guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest service, retail, hospitality, or operations
- Leadership experience a plus, as you will fill in for Studio Managers as needed
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
- Personable, professional, and confident communicator
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
