- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience in consumer internet and media industries.

The You Tube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross‑functional, strategic initiatives to drive the growth and health of the You Tube creator and partner ecosystem. Within the broader team goal, the Incentives Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for designing and operationalizing the core product activation system for You Tube's frontline strategic partner managers.
As a Product Activation Incentives Program Manager, you will lead the global operationalization of You Tube’s product activation incentives system for frontline strategic partner managers. You will drive program health by synthesizing feedback from regional surveys and bug reports into focused design improvements, ensuring the system effectively supports the growth of the creator ecosystem.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $124,000 - $178,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities- Serve as the advocate of You Tube’s product activation incentives system with strategic partner managers, leading First Day of Business (FDOB) training and addressing questions and escalations throughout the quarter.
- Synthesize feedback received in regional sentiment surveys, bugs, and other sources into focused improvement areas for design, pricing, targets, etc.
- Create structured, polished presentations for partnerships and GTM leadership.
- Manage timelines, goals, and objectives for key work streams, executing in partnership with Segment and regional GTM teams.
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross‑functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
