Analyze and Approve Semi-Finished Products

• Analyze and record the chemical and physical results of semi-finished products, finished products, and DI water by comparing them to specifications and checking the quality of the water used in production, last rinse water from the C&S mixing tank.
• Prepare equipment and chemicals for analysis.
• Perform daily checks on equipment related to semi-finished product analysis, record the results in the log book, and inform the supervisor if the results do not meet the specified acceptance criteria.
• Record data in the log book and analytical report (QO report).
• Record the results of product inspections in the computer.
• Record and approve the results of semi-finished product inspections in the QAD system.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies regarding the random sampling of semi-finished products.
• Prepare sample bulks when customers request samples.
• Maintain the equipment used in the laboratory and inform the supervisor if any equipment is damaged or broken.
• Dispose of semi-finished product samples that have been analyzed and meet the specified criteria.
• Prepare standard samples for supervisor approval, record them in the master list of standard samples on the computer, and store the standard samples.
