This role offers the unique opportunity to work with leading merchants to execute and scale loyalty program integrations that drive revenue and customer engagement. Be at the forefront of strategic partnerships and play a pivotal role in expanding our business impact.
This position involves managing a portfolio of merchants with active loyalty programs and overseeing new partner integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation from the initial scoping through launch and optimization. Key growth initiatives include expanding loyalty enrollment, testing new redemption experiences, and running experiments to demonstrate incremental impacts on sales and customer retention.
As a cross-functional connector, you will liaise between Sales, Strategy & Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to translate merchant needs into clear requirements. You will coordinate complex technical and operational work streams, manage timelines, and track performance against targets.
This role is crucial in maintaining momentum on high-priority loyalty initiatives, safeguarding near-term revenue goals, and ensuring consistent execution during the full-time owner's leave.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
36 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Consulting, or Program Management
Experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering
Proven ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Availability to work full-time (~40 hours/week) for ~6 months
Preferences MBA or advanced degree
Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or loyalty/rewards programs
Experience supporting product launches, integrations, or experimentation initiatives
