Senior Director, Retail Logistics & Replenishment

Overview

The Sr. Director of Customer Replenishment is responsible for developing and executing replenishment strategies that align with Revlon’s business and supply chain objectives. This role leads the identification and implementation of process improvements to optimize replenishment efficiency and effectiveness, driving performance and cost control.

Employees are expected to work from our Chicago, Bentonville, Minneapolis, or New York City office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

• Lead the annual management of Revlon’s inventory position across U.S. Retail, improving key metrics such as inventory turns, weeks of supply, end‑of‑life management, and total cost‑to‑serve.
• Improve forecasting accuracy at store/UPC level and leverage analytics to optimize inventory positioning.
• Ensure adoption of new capabilities through training, change management, and performance tracking.
• Strengthen customer partnerships through integrated end‑to‑end collaboration, serving as the supply‑chain face for key retailers.
• Lead joint business planning, data transparency initiatives, and cross‑functional problem‑solving forums to drive mutual growth.
• Build customer trust by delivering flawless execution on promotions, seasonal events, and new item introductions, leading to measurable sales and share gains.
• Create and facilitate learning from reporting against KPIs, develop dashboards for enterprise KPI visibility, and embed advanced analytics and AI insights for proactive decision‑making.
• Standardize definitions, consistent reporting, and a single source of truth; partner cross‑functionally to expand data access and automate reporting.
• Share information monthly electronically and quarterly in formal presentations to Sales Leadership.
• Partner with Customer Logistics teams to align on KPIs, identify business challenges, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Shift the function from reactive issue resolution to proactive problem prevention using available data and insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team across systems administration and customer service; build capability in replenishment systems, analytics, and emerging AI tools.
• Set clear performance expectations, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive data‑driven decision‑making.

• 15+ years of replenishment and/or supply‑chain management experience.
• Experience working with diverse customers across mass market, drug, grocery, and Amazon.
• Proven leadership of teams.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Base pay range: $180,000 – $225,000 per year for Chicago, Bentonville, Minneapolis, or New York City; $196,000 – $245,000 for New York, NY. Short‑term incentives may apply.
