Now they're looking for one of the first business hires to help build the operational engine behind that growth.
This isn't a back-office operations role.
You'll work directly with the founders, own customer onboarding, build internal systems, improve processes, and make sure the company continues scaling without things falling through the cracks.
If you enjoy solving problems, taking ownership and building from scratch, you'll have an enormous amount of responsibility from day one.
What You'll Be Doing- Own customer onboarding from contract through implementation
- Build and improve internal operational processes
- Keep CRM and customer data accurate
- Work across customer success, operations and GTM
- Identify repetitive work and automate it
- Become the person everyone relies on to make things happen
This role is about potential more than experience.
You'll likely have:
- 0-2 years' experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Internship or early experience at a startup
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Excellent written communication
- A high level of ownership and attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools to improve your work
- A genuine desire to build something from an early stage
