We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented sales assistant to support our sales manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Sales & Account Support- Prepare for buyer meetings and support the sales manager in meetings as needed.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow‑up requirements.
- Create and maintain buyer worksheets and sell presentations.
- Create buyer proposals including pricing, product details, and unit forecasts.
- Create order history reports for assigned accounts.
- Generate selling reports and sales analysis.
- Create and maintain margin sheets for FOB, Stock, and POE programs.
- Prepare and submit Information Requests (IRs) to Product Development.
- Update pricing, costing, and margin information.
- Prepare PPRs (Product Proposal Requests) and support documentation.
- Submit finalized PPRs to Production on a weekly basis.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify selling opportunities.
- Consolidate inventory reports and stock opportunities across accounts.
- Process purchase orders and ensure proper posting system and inventory deductions.
- Manage PO revisions and order modifications.
- Ensure Production receives accurate and complete purchase orders.
- Create and maintain packaging projects in Asana.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Update and maintain sales trackers, BNC files, and customer databases.
- Monitor delivery schedules, tariffs, deductions, and product imagery.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and order summaries.
- Provide management with sales updates and forecasting information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Ability to analyze sales, inventory, pricing, and margin data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy in maintaining pricing, inventory, customer, and order data.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with FOB, Stock, and POE programs is a plus.
3+ years of experience in wholesale sales support, buying office operations, merchandising, assistant buying, account management, or a related role with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; or Associate's degree with additional related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
