Aon is looking for a Global Benefits Senior Consultant hybrid role located in Chicago, NY, or Montreal. This is a great career opportunity that offers diversified project and client exposure. Duties and responsibilities include serving as the day-to-day contact to support mid-sized or large multinational clients, leading projects assigned with limited direction, supporting the development and execution of client benefits strategies, managing coordination of multiple country services, attending client meetings, resolving client issues, communicating with external parties, conducting internal meetings, identifying additional potential work, achieving specified client servicing deliverables, supporting senior members in developing business opportunities, training and mentoring less experienced staff, and participating in training opportunities.

Required knowledge and experience include 5 years or more of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm, strong project management and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and working knowledge of employee benefits. Preferred knowledge and experience include international or US benefits consulting experience, demonstrated consultative skills, a bachelor's degree, and advanced degree or project management certification.
