RSM is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support HR data and reporting initiatives within our Risk Consulting practice, aligned to Financial Services client engagements.
Responsibilities- Support the design, integration, and validation of HR data across systems, including Workday and related data platforms.
- Assist in defining and documenting key HR data elements and source-to-target data mappings.
- Validate data quality and help ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data.
- Support HR reporting and analytics initiatives, including preparation of data for reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to align data with business needs and reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting HR data, reporting, or data integration initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data/reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar).
- Ability to work across cross‑functional teams, including client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

CompensationCompensation Range: $40 - $60 per hour.
