Manager, Product Management, Agentic Commerce

The Mastercard Agentic & Digital Growth Products team is looking for a Manager, Product Management to help build, deliver, and scale products and strategies for agentic commerce, including multi-rail machine payments.

The Manager, Product Management, Agentic Commerce will focus on defining key strategic and commercial elements of Mastercard's strategy to enable access to digital credentials wherever AI agents are enabling payment.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive components of Mastercard’s product suite from concept to market launch and scale across global markets.
• Act as product lead for features of Mastercard’s flagship agentic commerce products.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders, including AI firms, agentic providers, startups, issuers, digital wallets, merchants, acquirers, and payment service providers.
• Present strategic findings to executive leadership.
• Develop and refine product value propositions that balance customer interests across regions.
• Set pricing, P&L, revenue projections and drive the commercial strategy.
• Define product development, pilot, go‑to‑market strategy, and scaling plans.
• Plan and track product performance, develop enhancements, and support adjacent product connections.

Key qualifications and attributes include:

• Strong experience and knowledge of consumer payments, especially digital wallets, tokenization, and authentication, across global markets.
• Awareness of Mastercard’s key customers and partners in the payments ecosystem.
• Comfort with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) and an understanding of high‑quality AI practices.
• Fluency in the tech sector and the business side of the tech industry, including AI and blockchain.
• Ability to synthesize disorganized inputs and conflicting stakeholder interests into a cohesive strategic viewpoint.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy, if the job is performed in the U.S., the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions. Pay Range (New York City, New York): $156,000 - $265,000 USD.
