As a Provider Clinical Operations Consultant, Manager, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to drive impactful solutions that align with client needs and industry standards. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to deliver strategic insights and operational improvements. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze their operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities
  • Leading clinical operations consulting projects within the health services sector to drive business transformation and operational excellence
  • Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of operations strategies to enhance client support and stakeholder engagement
  • Utilizing analytical thinking and business performance metrics to optimize operations processes and improve business outcomes
  • Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Promoting relationship building and teamwork to foster a collaborative environment and achieve project goals
  • Applying management consulting skills to address complex operational challenges and deliver impactful solutions
  • Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements
  • Confirming data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks to support business transformation efforts
Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Preference for one of the following fields of study:
    Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Proficiency in operations management and process optimization
  • Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business transformation
  • Leading teams in achieving operational excellence and strategic questioning
  • Managing complex operations strategies within health industries
  • Developing innovative solutions for process improvement and optimization
Travel Requirements

Up to 80%

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
