Role Overview

As the Associate Buyer, you will support and execute the buying process for Tory Burch’s online business in North America.

• Build assortment during markets and identify future product opportunities, trends, and class‑level offerings to drive sales.
• Assist the buyer in providing end‑of‑season hindsight and identify opportunities through product, shape, class, and color analysis.
• Manage weekly business reporting, shipping updates, and maintain seasonal markdowns in SAP along with the order entry process.
• Partner with Planning, Site Merchandising, and Digital Operations for delivery updates, sample tracking, and other cross‑functional needs.
• Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the buying cycle.

• Bachelor’s Degree (business or fashion related preferred).
• 2–4 years of retail buying experience in a luxury or service‑driven environment.
• Ability to build partnerships with direct managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Analytical skills to review prior performance and propose actionable insights; effective communication and presentation of findings.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint; ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and create visual aids for seasonal market presentations.
• Time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines alongside manager and team.
• Problem‑solving mindset and resourcefulness.
• Adaptability to pivot with changing business needs.
• Advanced Excel skills and expertise in other Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint.

The compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 USD – $85,000.00 USD. Final offer will be based on relevant experience and work location.
